Hurricane Katrina dealt a devastating blow to our church and community. Through the blessed help of friends from all over the country, we were able to have worship services the week after the storm. The first was in the parking lot. The next week, we met in the fellowship hall. By the third week, we were back in the sanctuary. Plans have now been made to move to a new location high above the possible flood waters from another storm.
